A town built mostly since the 1990s
Owasso sits along the Highway 169 corridor, mostly in Tulsa County with its east side reaching into Rogers County. The population has more than tripled since 1990, so most neighborhoods are made up of subdivision homes built in the last few decades. Newer does not mean problem-free: a 15-year-old house is often due for its first roof replacement, a new water heater or a new air conditioner, and we check the condition of each so you can plan for it.
